Abstract

The deep eutectic solvent consists of choline chloride and any one of 1,3-propylene glycol, levulinic acid, glycollic acid and DL-lactic acid in a mole ratio of 1:(1-3). The method for extracting flavone di-C-glycoside from premna fulva comprises a step of obtaining a premna fulvaextracting solution, namely by taking premna fulva as a raw material, performing extraction by using a mixture consisting of the deep eutectic solvent and water, performing solid-liquid separation, and collecting a liquid, namely the premna fulva extracting solution, wherein the volume ratio of the deep eutectic solvent to the water is (2-4):1.
