When a data acquisition request sent by the client is received, to-be-acquired data is requested from the gateway server by utilizing the local area network based on the data acquisition request, so that the gateway server returns the to-be-acquired data to the management server by utilizing the local area network; and when the to-be-acquired data is received, the to-be-acquired data is sent to the client.
