The multi-branch PTC heater comprises a plurality of PCT heating devices which are connected in parallel, and employs a drive controller which is electrically connected between a DC bus power supply and each PCT heating device to achieve the drive control of each PCT heating device. The drive controller comprises an MCU main control module and a plurality of drive circuits applied to the PCT heating devices respectively. The MCU main control module sends PWM duty ratio signals with the same frequency to the drive circuitsrespectively. The PWM duty ratio signals of the at least two drive circuits have a phase difference which is not equal to 0, improving the average degree of input power of the multi-branch PTC heaterin a single signal period.
