Abstract

The invention provides a bearing assembly assemblability identification method based on a three-dimensional model. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a bearing detail configurationdatabase; determining an assemblability judgment standard of the effective length of the matching surface; determining a bearing inner matching part, a bearing inner matching surface, a bearing outermatching part and a bearing outer matching surface which are matched with the bearing assembly; obtaining the effective length L3 of the bearing inner matching surface and the effective length L4 ofthe bearing outer matching surface; and judging whether the bearing inner and outer matching parts meet the assemblability requirement or not. The method has the advantages that (1) the effective length of the inner and outer matching surfaces of each bearing in the three-dimensional assembly model is automatically obtained; the ratio of the thickness of the bearing inner ring to the thickness ofthe bearing outer ring to the thickness of the bearing inner ring is calculated, the result of whether the assemblability requirement is met or not is given, and compared with a previous manual inspection mode, inspection of the assemblability of the bearing inner matching part and the bearing outer matching part is more comprehensive, higher in accuracy and higher in speed; and (2) the application range is wide.
