Abstract

The input end of a single-chip microcomputer in the double-motor integrated control system is connected with a left-hand operation box. The output end of the single-chip microcomputer is connected with a 4kW motor controller and a 2.2 kW motor controller. The 4kW motor controller is connected witha high-pressure water pump motor, the 2.2 kW motor controller is connected with a low-pressure water pump motor, and starting and stopping of the high-pressure and low-pressure water pump motors and action and switching of functions of point spraying, spraying frames and rear spraying guns are achieved through a plurality of keys on the left-hand operation box. The single-chip microcomputer, the relay and the fuse are integrated on a printed circuit board, hard wire connection among the three is canceled, and electrical connection is realized by means of the printed circuit board. The relay isconnected with the output end of the single-chip microcomputer and further connected with the waterway electromagnetic valve, the electric push rod and the rotating motor. Through the double-motor integrated control system, the maintenance vehicle is more intelligent and convenient to operate, more abundant and stable in function, simpler and smaller in hardware and higher in reliability.
