Abstract

A method for header detection of 1090MHz extended message based on CA‑CFAR. The present invention uses the autocorrelation feature of the header waveform to perform multi-pulse matching filtering on the header first, then uses the sample mean value during the low-level period of the header adjacent to the current detection unit to estimate the noise intensity, and jointly constructs the instantaneous CFAR threshold according to the determined false alarm probability, A constant false alarm detection method for 1090MHz extended message header is proposed. Simulation results show that the method is not affected by the signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal, and can obtain a higher detection probability while maintaining a lower false alarm probability.
