Abstract

The invention provides an unfreezing method for a refrigerating and freezing device. The refrigerating and freezing device comprises a box body, a freezing door body used for opening and closing a freezing chamber, and an unfreezing unit, wherein at least the freezing chamber is defined in the box body. The unfreezing method comprises the steps: a triggering instruction for starting unfreezing isobtained; the working power of the unfreezing unit is determined according to the chamber temperature of the freezing chamber; and the unfreezing unit is controlled to be started and operate at the working power. According to the unfreezing method, the initial temperature of a to-be-treated object is determined through the chamber temperature of the freezing chamber, compared with the initial temperature, obtained by directly arranging a temperature sensing device in a shielding cavity, of the to-be-treated object, the more accurate effect is achieved, and thus the unfreezing effect can be optimized according to the initial temperature. The invention further provides the refrigerating and freezing device.
