Abstract

The invention provides a rapid identification method for wine production places and brands. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing an olfactory visual sensor array for red wine sampleswith different production places and brands, and acquiring color change information before and after reaction of olfactory visual sensors and volatile components of red wine to obtain odor characteristics of the red grape samples; 2) sampling each red wine sample by using an electronic tongue to obtain taste characteristics of the red wine sample, the taste characteristics including origin characteristics and brand characteristics; 3) constructing fusion features according to the combination of the smell features and the taste features; 4) taking the brand information and the production placeinformation of each red wine sample as labels of the fusion features to obtain a training sample set, and training an extreme learning machine model by using the training sample set; and 5) identifying the production place and brand information of the unknown red wine by using the trained extreme learning machine model. By applying the embodiment of the invention, detection efficiency is improved.
