The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pretreating the zeolite and activating the zeolite; mixing desulfurized gypsum clinker, glass fiber and treated zeolite to obtain a mixture; weighing the water, retarder and starch to prepare a mixed solution; uniformly mixing the mixture and the mixed solution to prepare gypsum slurry; and molding the gypsum slurry, and performing solidifying, drying, laminating, edge sawing, edge sealing and packaging to obtain the gypsum plaster board.
