The system comprises a Parkinson's disease patient file module used for storing and managing basic information, including not limited to general conditions, past medical history, disease age limit and main symptoms, of a patient; a medical evaluation information module used for storing and managing medical evaluation information; an exercise function evaluation information module used for storing and managing exercise function evaluation information of the patient; and an exercise prescription module used for constructing and managing exercise prescriptions of the patients. Corresponding function training and exercise prescriptions suitable for a patient are formulated according to evaluation stages of the Parkinson's disease patient and through medical evaluation and exercise function evaluation.
