no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0029] figure 1 and figure 2 The illustrated motor 1 of this embodiment is mounted on a vehicle. In the present embodiment, the motor 1 is arranged inside a power sliding door of a vehicle, and is a motor that drives the power sliding door of the vehicle. The motor 1 is an inner rotor type motor. Such as Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, the motor 1 has a housing 10 , a rotor 20 , a stator 30 , a bearing holder 40 , a first bearing 51 , a second bearing 52 , a support member 60 , and a conductive portion 80 .

[0030] Such as figure 1 As shown, the housing 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape extending in one direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The X-axis direction appropriately shown in each figure represents one direction in which the casing 10 extends. The Y-axis direction appropriately shown in each figure represents a direction perpendicular to both the axial direction and one direction in which the casing 10 extends. In the following ...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0137] Such as Figure 11 As shown, the rotor 320 of the motor 301 of this embodiment includes a rotor core 322 , a rotor magnet 23 , a resin portion 324 , a magnetic body portion 327 , a sensor magnet 325 , and a rotor cover 26 . The rotor core 322 has the same shape as the first core portion 22a of the first embodiment. The axial dimension of the rotor core 322 is the same as that of the rotor magnet 23 . In addition, in Figure 12 The illustration of the rotor cover 26 is omitted in FIG.

[0138] Such as Figure 12 As shown, the resin portion 324 has an annular portion 324a, a plurality of post portions 24b, and a plurality of convex portions 324f. The annular portion 324a is annular in shape centered on the central axis J. As shown in FIG. Such as Figure 11 As shown, the annular portion 324a is located on the upper side of the rotor core 322 and the rotor magnet 23 . The lower surface of the annular portion 324 a is in contact across the upper surface of the rotor ...

Abstract

A motor according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a rotor capable of rotating about a central axis; a stator located radially outward of the rotor; a housing that accommodates the rotor therein and holds the stator; a bearing that rotatably supports the rotor; and a bearing holder that is fixed to the housing and holds the bearing. The rotor has a rotor body having a rotor core and a rotor magnet, and a sensor magnet. And the bearing retainer is positioned on one axial side of the rotor main body. At least a portion of the sensor magnet is located between the rotorbody and the bearing holder in the axial direction.

Description

technical field [0001] This invention relates to motors. Background technique [0002] A motor including a sensor magnet for detecting magnetic flux by a magnetic sensor is known. For example, Patent Document 1 describes a motor including a sensor magnet attached to a rotating shaft. [0003] prior art literature [0004] patent documents [0005] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2015-91152 Contents of the invention [0006] The problem to be solved by the invention [0007] In the motor as described above, the sensor magnet is exposed outside the motor case, and the magnetic flux of the sensor magnet is detected by the magnetic sensor provided in the control device. Therefore, there is a problem that foreign matter such as iron filings tends to adhere to the sensor magnet. [0008] In view of the above circumstances, one object of the present invention is to provide a motor having a structure capable of suppressing foreign matter from adhering to a s...
