Abstract

The invention discloses a method for collection and garden construction in a lattice-point mode for local germplasm resources of tea trees. The method comprises the steps of distributing sites in a lattice-point mode and collecting seeds, carrying out planting in a strip-block mode and constructing gardens, wherein tea producing fields are taken as units, a plurality of local small areas are obtained by division according to the distribution condition of the local variety tea trees of the tea producing fields, and a collecting site is arranged in each small area; picking a plurality of jin oftea seeds as a small sample at each collecting site, and sowing seeds and raising seedlings of the small samples separately; planting the small samples into a row separately; planting a plurality of small samples in each tea producing field in the same land parcel to form a germplasm garden of the tea producing field; and carrying out planting on the germplasm gardens of the tea producing fields in one area in a centralized mode to form a provincial local germplasm resource garden of the tea trees. The constructed local germplasm resource gardens of the tea trees have wide representativeness.Sites are distributed in the lattice-point mode to cover the local germplasm of each area of the tea area; each area is independently built with the samples, and the samples are planted into the strip-type germplasm gardens; and each county (city and district) independently forms block gardens, and the block gardens are connected with one another to form the provincial local germplasm resource garden of the tea trees.
