The invention discloses a temperature prediction method and device and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of pipeline transportation. The method comprises: obtaining N groups of actual measurement parameters of a target pipeline to be subjected to temperature prediction, and normalizing the N groups of actual measurement parameters to obtain N groups of normalized actual measurement parameters, taking the N groups of normalized actual measurement parameters as input of a temperature prediction model, determining M prediction temperatures through the temperature prediction model, and taking the M prediction temperatures as M prediction temperatures of downstream fluid of the target pipeline in a second time period. According to the method, N groups of normalized actual measurement parameters are determined based on N groups of actual measurement parameters of the target pipeline obtained in the first time period, and then M predicted temperatures of downstream fluid ofthe target pipeline in the second time period are predicted through a temperature prediction model. Since the M predicted temperatures are obtained through the temperature prediction model on the basis of the N groups of actual measurement parameters, the accuracy of the M predicted temperatures is ensured.
