The terminal test method comprises the following steps of: receiving a satellite signal through using a radio frequency receiver arranged outdoors; acquiring the satellite signal from the radio frequency receiver through using a signal player and playing the satellite signal to the terminal, wherein the signal player and the terminal are arranged in the same room; controlling a test module to call a positioning module by means of a server side, carrying out positioning through using the positioning module according to the satellite signal played by the signal player to generate positioning data, and uploads the positioning data to the server side by means of the test module; and the server side analyzes the uploaded positioning data according to a preset rule and judges whether the terminal works normally or not. By adopting the terminal test method and the system, manual operation is reduced,personnel and resource waste caused by dispersion of test points is avoided, the test of the positioning function is more comprehensive, and the reliability of a test result is improved.
