The emergency processing method can be applied to a power supply plug-in frame transformation scheme. The original rectification module andthe original power supply monitoring unit on the communication power supply are dismounted, the original power supply core component is replaced by the power supply plug-in frame, original power distribution and load power supply cables are reserved, an original power supply rack is utilized to the maximum extent, and when the output voltage of the communication power supply is under-voltage, thealternating-current power supply branch of the power supply plug-in frame and the direct-current power supply branch in the communication power supply can be checked and processed according to a preset processing mode, so that the safety of communication power supply transformation is ensured.
