Abstract

The invention provides a firefighting reconnaissance fire extinguishing robot based on visual SLAM and a using method. The firefighting reconnaissance fire extinguishing robot comprises a robot body and a remote control device. The robot body comprises a power supply system, a motion control system, a reconnaissance system, a fire extinguishing system and electrical devices of each system. The reconnaissance system comprises a map building system, a sensor system, and a radar life detector. The firefighting reconnaissance fire extinguishing robot can replace a firefighter to enter high-temperature dense-smoke building fire field environment and move in a fire field through a moving system; meanwhile, a fire field map is constructed through the reconnaissance system, and the fire field environment is reconnoitred; meanwhile, information of a reconnoitred fire source, trapped people and the like is fused to the constructed map, firefighters can formulate a rescue plan according to the map constructed by the robot, the robot can perform positioning and navigation based on the map, and meanwhile, fire extinguishers of different fire extinguishing types are used according to the information of the reconnoitred fire source and the like so as to replace the firefighters for fire extinguishing rescue, personnel casualties are reduced, and rescue efficiency is improved.
