The method comprises the following steps: establishing urban building group form information and an urban building group energy consumption database; analyzing and extracting urban building group form driving factors influencing urban energy consumptionby utilizing a data mining technology; mining the relevance between the energy consumption in the real environment and the city form; analyzing, comparing and evaluating the urban building group formdriven by energy in the real environment and the urban building group form simulated in the ideal environment in combination with an intelligent algorithm and computer simulation; and finally constructing a set of high-energy-efficiency urban building group form and energy consumption coupling effect framework and operation platform by utilizing an integration algorithm.
