The inertia control mechanism comprises an installation shaft, the installation shaft is sleeved witha bush, a fixing sleeve and a slidable positioning sliding piece, the bush is provided with an annular groove, and the positioning sliding piece is provided with a clamping spring which is in linkagewith the positioning sliding piece and is clamped in the groove in a sliding manner. The groove is provided with a first groove position, a second groove position, a third groove position and a fourth groove position; the first groove position and the second groove position are arranged along the axial direction of the installation shaft; and the third groove position and the fourth groove position are located at the two sides of the end, away from the first groove position, of the second groove position. The positioning sliding piece is configured to move along the axial direction of the installation shaft when being stressed, and drives the clamping spring to move from the first groove position to the second groove position via the third groove position in a one-way manner, or drives the clamping spring to move from the second groove position to the first groove position via the fourth groove position in a one-way manner; and a locking mechanism is used for stopping the positioningsliding piece from driving the clamping spring to move to the first groove position from the second groove position or relieving stopping.
