The device comprises a bracket, supports, lifting devices and lifting ropes, wherein an accommodating groove with an upward opening and matched with the steel beam is formed in the bracket; the steel beam is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the top of the steel beam protrudes out of the bracket; the supports are vertically arranged on the floor slab and correspond to a to-be-mounted position of the steel beam; the lifting device are fixed on the supports separately; oneend of each lifting rope is fixed to one support, each lifting rope vertically penetrates through the floor slab downwards, bypasses the bottom of the bracket and then penetrates through the floor slab upwards, and the other end of each lifting rope is fixed to one lifting device; and the lifting ropes are retracted through the corresponding lifting devices, and support the corresponding supportsto move upwards to the top of the steel beam to be attached to the bottom surface of the floor slab.
