A magnetic ring clamping table is formed between the annular object and the inner wall of the sleeve; and a plurality of threading holes which are uniform, equidistant and surrounding are formed in the peripheral wall of the sleeve, a winding groove is correspondingly formed in the upper portion of each threading hole, one end of each winding groove is communicated with the corresponding threading hole, and the other end of each winding groove is communicated to an opening in the top face of the sleeve.
