Abstract

One or more embodiments of the invention provide a clinical decision-making method and device, and the clinical decision-making method comprises the steps: obtaining a sample data set of a plurality of observed objects for a preset disease, and the sample data set comprises the data features of the observed objects; clustering based on data features in the sample data set to obtain a plurality ofclustering groups; obtaining an end point event of the observed object in each clustering group; determining a target clustering group from the plurality of clustering groups according to the physiological indexes of the observed object in the end point event; acquiring data characteristics of the patient; according to the correlation between the data characteristics of the patient and the data characteristics of the observed objects in the target clustering group, carrying out clinical decision making on the patient. According to the method, clinical decision making can be carried out on thepatient by referring to treatment measures of the observed objects in the target clustering group; therefore, the targeted, practical and effective treatment measures can be provided for patients.
