The common reflection point gather optimized processing method comprises the steps of firstly carrying out estimation on stratum inclination by adopting a discrete scanning method, and to enable inclination estimation to be more accurate, fitting seismic data by adopting a conventional quadratic polynomial so as to estimate the stratum inclination; then applying median filtering in the direction where a central sampling point event is located in a sliding time window, wherein a filtering result acts as output of a final central sampling point, namely, structural median filtering, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the gather is improved after processing; and finally, establishing a model trace on a stack section of the common reflection point gather, and carrying out residual moveout correction on the denoised common reflection point gather. The direction stratum inclination has higher information correlation, so that the method provided by the invention can effectively solve defects existing in a traditional method and enables the residual moveout to be corrected while improving the overall signal-to-noise ratio of the gather, the gather is flattened, the overall quality of the gather is improved, and effective signals and edge and detail features of strata such as faults and cracks can be well kept.
