The inversion modeling includes the steps of: 1) artificially designing standard soil samples with different Cd pollution contents, adding pollutants by means of a soil background sample in a laboratory to prepare Cd pollution standard samples, analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the Cd pollution standard samples so as to obtain indoor spectrum and data of heavy metal Cd content of the soil standard samples; 2) performing pretreatment of the spectral data by means of a spectrum re-sampling-standard normal variation (SNV)-first-order/second-order differential-background sample ratio in-series spectrum transform method, and meanwhile, acquiring the content of heavy metal Cd in soil through descriptive statistical analysis; and 3) finally establishing an inversion model of content of heavy metal Cd in soil through a partial least squares regression method, and on the basis of the model, extracting the spectral response characteristic wave band. The method solves the problems that soil sampling in the prior art is high in cost and low in efficiency and is difficult to satisfy inversion of content of heavy metal in soil quickly in large area and can accurately and high-effectively estimate the content of heavy metal Cd in soil.
