When the Trb3 strain microbial agent is applied in field, a controlling effect of the Trb3 strain microbial agent against black shank and tobacco bacterial wilt is 61.04%.

The mixtures of the graded broken stones designed by adopting the method have the characteristics that the strength is high, the total quality is high, the construction is simple and convenient and the cost is low.
