communication control method for Internet of Vehicles based on multi-scale cooperative decision, which comprises the following steps: step 1) analyzing a communication request to generate a structured communication demand object; step 2) determining a target decision scale suitable for the current communication decision, and then constructing a communication area for the current communication decision; step 3) collecting communication-related state information in the communication area to generate network state information, and evaluating the transmission cost of a communication path under the current communication area and the decision scale; step 4) generating a communication
route control result, and issuing the communication
route control result to relevant communication nodes to perform a data forwarding operation; and step 5) a communication result evaluation and
rollback adjustment module evaluates the actual communication effect, and adjusts the communication
route control result if the communication effect does not meet the communication demand. The application improves the rationality of the communication decision range setting through multi-scale area construction and
adaptive selection of the decision scale.
