Abstract

The invention discloses a material management system, which comprises an image label, a tray, a triggering device, a camera, a background server and a man-machine interaction device; the image label is used for being attached to a material; the tray is used for containing at least one material; the triggering device is used for triggering the camera to work; the camera is used for shooting imagesof all the materials placed on the tray; the background server stores related information of materials corresponding to each image label, and after images from the camera are obtained, the backgroundserver obtains the related information of each material contained on the tray according to each image label in the images; and the man-machine interaction device is used for displaying the related information of each material acquired by the background server. According to the invention, through the camera, the background server and the man-machine interaction device, a worker can rapidly obtain related information of all materials placed on the tray in batches, so that rapid batch ordering and warehouse-out of the materials are achieved.
