The engine-driven generator comprises a flow guide baffle which is close to the air inlet side of a centrifugal fan andis arranged in the radial direction of the inner wall of a motor cover, wherein a ventilation hole with a preset size is formed in the flow guide baffle, and the axis of the ventilation hole coincides with the axis of the centrifugal fan; and the flow guide baffle divides the internal space of the motor cover into a fan accommodating chamber and a motor accommodating chamber. The invention further discloses an engine-driven generator and alternating-current generator cooling system, which is applied to an engine generator unit and comprise an engine and an alternating-current generator drivenby the engine. The flow guide baffle is arranged close to the air inlet side of the centrifugal fan along the radial direction of the inner wall of the motor cover, and divides the internal space ofthe motor cover into the fan accommodating chamber and the motor accommodating chamber; and the cooling air duct comprises an air inlet duct, a first cooling air duct, a second cooling air duct, a first air outlet duct and a second air outlet duct. The heat dissipation efficiency of the engine generator unit is improved.
