At least one crowning (15) is provided at the inner jacket surface (13) and / or at the membrane unit (14) such that a radial gap (16) between the membrane unit and the inner jacket surface is defined by the crowning in a circumferential section of less than 360 DEG, and in particular less than 180 DEG.
