Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a cluster-induced high-fluorescence non-conjugated polymer, which belongs to the technical field of fluorescent polymer materials. The method for preparing the high-fluorescence non-conjugated polymer is as follows: firstly, a polyvinylpyrrolidone solution is prepared; Secondly, mix polyvinylpyrrolidone solution and ascorbic acid solution, and react at 0-100°C for 2-12 hours to obtain product solution (PVP-A PDs); finally, mix PVP-A PDs solution with 5-30mM m-phenylenediamine solution, React at 0-80°C for 1-5 hours to obtain a product solution (PVP‑A PDs@MPD). The fluorescence quantum yield of the non-conjugated polymer obtained in the present invention is as high as 46.9%. Compared with the fluorescent conjugated polymer, the preparation steps are simple, green and environmentally friendly, and it overcomes the fluorescence quenching effect induced by the aggregation of the fluorescent conjugated polymer, and has the advantages of Cluster-induced luminescent properties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a cluster-induced high-fluorescence non-conjugated polymer. Background technique [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of fluorescent polymer materials. Fluorescent conjugated polymers usually contain a large amount of aromatic compounds or have a large conjugated structure in the whole molecule, which makes them emit. However, due to the existence of large conjugated structures, they have poor water solubility and low biocompatibility; in addition, most fluorescent conjugated polymers have aggregation fluorescence quenching effect, which further limits their applications. Non-conjugated fluorescent polymers generally contain electron-rich heteroatoms, such as nitrogen (N), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), phosphorus (P), or unsaturated C=C and C≡N, etc., without large π-conjugated structure, these substances also have photoluminescence characteristics under certain conditions, and as the concentr...
