Abstract

The invention discloses a manifold searching method of an optimal weighted directed graph. The method comprises the following steps that a user sends measurement model information and data in a structural equation model to a server through a webpage terminal; the server encodes and stores the preset measurement model information; the server uses the stored preset model information to initialize and generate a structure model code; the initialized population is input into computing service , an optimal structure model is iteratively searched in an alternative range through a multi-objective optimization algorithm, and finally the searched optimal model is output; by processing the output result, the backbone substructure of the final population is extracted, and a chart and text result is automatically generated and can be viewed and analyzed online or offline by a user through a webpage terminal. Establishment, analysis and screening efficiency of the weighted directed graph is improved, and the user time is saved.
