Abstract

The invention relates to a voice interaction method and device of a service robot. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing an acquired voice signal; if a wake-up word is recognized inthe obtained voice signal, extracting the voiceprint feature of the voice signal, and locking the current voiceprint feature as the voiceprint feature of the voice signal; in the locking duration, carrying out feature comparison on the obtained voice signal, reserving the voice signal consistent with the current voiceprint features, and discarding the voice signal inconsistent with the current voiceprint features; and performing corresponding voice interaction according to the reserved voice signal. According to the scheme, after the wake-up word is received, a duration is set to lock the voiceprint feature according to the voiceprint feature of the voice signal for protecting the wake-up word; in the duration, only the voice instructions of the same person can be reserved and interacted,so that the situation that other people jump out of the queue is avoided, and the method and the device can be better suitable for an application scene that multiple persons are on site at the same time.
