Embodiment Construction

[0033] figure 1 A view of an ammeter 1 is shown, which is used to monitor the current flow on an electrical line 30 of an electrical installation 3 , for example a solar installation.

[0034] Within the framework of a solar system, a plurality of solar modules for generating electrical current from solar energy are connected in series with one another, for example via electrical lines 30 . In this case, the current flowing between the solar modules will be monitored (qualitatively and quantitatively), for which purpose the ammeter 1 is used.

[0035] An embodiment of such an ammeter 1 is in figure 2 shown in . The ammeter 1 has a housing 10 which has a plurality of receiving recesses 100 running parallel to one another on a housing wall 101 for receiving electrical leads 30 . (Exactly) one electrical lead 100 can be inserted into each receiving groove 100, so that the electrical lead 30 is accommodated in the corresponding receiving groove 100, for example in the inserted...

Abstract

A current meter (1) for detecting currents in electrical lines (30) comprises a housing (10) and an assembly of magnetic field sensors (13, 14) enclosed in the housing (10). Provision is made that thehousing (10) has a plurality of receiving grooves (100) which are formed on a housing wall (101) and into each of which a respective electrical line (30) is insertable from the outside, wherein the housing (10) encloses an interior (102) which is delimited by the housing wall (101) and inside which is arranged the assembly of magnetic field sensors (13, 14) for detecting a magnetic field on electrical lines (30) inserted into the receiving grooves (100). In this way, a current meter is made available which in a simple way permits the detection of currents on a plurality of conductors, can beused outdoors and, if appropriate, can be retrofitted on existing installations, in particular solar installations.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ammeter for detecting currents in electrical conductors according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] This type of galvanometer includes a housing and a magnetic field sensor assembly enclosed in the housing. [0003] Ammeters of this type can be used in particular to monitor the so-called string current on solar installations. The solar panels are usually connected to each other by wires, for example in series, so that a current—the so-called string current—flows between the solar panels. For the purpose of monitoring string current, it is desirable to probe the current on this type of wire. [0004] In order to monitor the string current, known ammeters generally require disconnection of the electrical leads through which the current is to be detected. This is cumbersome and otherwise significantly interferes with the system. [0005] In the galvanometer disclosed in DE 10 2014 119 276 A1, an ele...
