The flexible locking device comprises a bracket, an electromagnet, a push-pull rod, a V-shaped block, two guide rods and two pressure springs, the bracket is installed in a base of the photoelectric rotary table, a pair of guide holes are symmetrically formed in a pair of outer side walls of the bracket, the electromagnet is fixed to the support, a push rod is arranged at one end of the electromagnet and connected with the center of the push-pull rod through a pin shaft, and the two guide rods are symmetrically assembled and penetrate through the guide holes of the support to be fixedly connected with the ends of the push-pull rod respectively. Each guide rod is sleeved with a pressure spring, one end of each pressure spring abuts against the end face of the corresponding guide hole in the support, the other end of each pressure spring is located on the same side as the push-pull rod and abuts against the end face of the corresponding guide rod, and the pressure springs are in a compressed state all the time and provide resilience force opposite to the direction of the electromagnet; the V-shaped block is arranged at the other end of the electromagnet; the two ends of the V-shaped block are fixedly connected with the ends of the two symmetrical guide rods respectively, and the constraint limits the V-shaped block to only move front and back.
