The method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting and sorting multi-source geoscience information of a working area, and classifying the multi-source geoscience information, including geological information, aerial photography information and remote sensing information; 2, subdividing the geological information in the step 1 to obtain three types of subdivided information; 3, performing subdivision processing on the aerial photography information in the step 1 to obtain two types of subdivision information; 4, subdividing the remote sensing information in the step 1; 5, establishing the same projection coordinate system for the seven types of information, and importing the projection coordinate system into an ArcGIS platform; and 6, analyzing a spatial combination relationship of the seven types of elements by utilizing an ArcGIS platform, and delineating a sandstone type uranium mineralization prospective area.
