The machine features the replacing liquid loop comprising replacing liquid container, blood container, mixer, liquid pump, air detector, ultrafiltering pump, ultrafiltered liquid container and replacing liquid pipe; the ultrafiltering pump mounted in the branch of the replacing liquid loop and being used to control ultrafiltering quantity and others; and using only clean replacing liquid without need of stopping to replace liquid bag.
