Netrell material preferably has a temperature range of approximately -40°F to 275°F and has a durometer hardness of 70-90. Netrell materials in this hardness range were found to have good wear resistance and reasonable elasticity. The plug material should preferably be resistant to any major abrasion that would result in chips of elastomeric material during loading and unloading.
