Abstract

The invention discloses a building distributed energy supply system based on a hydrogen fuel cell and an operation method. The building distributed energy supply system comprises a hydrogen fuel cell system, an air source heat pump system and a waste heat recovery system; the hydrogen fuel cell system generates electric power, and the electric power stored by a storage battery is used for driving a compressor and supplying power to a building; and when the air source heat pump system is in a refrigeration mode, a refrigerant prepares chilled water for refrigeration through a plate heat exchanger, when the air source heat pump system is in a heating mode, the refrigerant extracts heat from air through a finned heat exchanger and prepares hot water for heating through the plate heat exchanger, and the waste heat recovery system recovers waste heat of the hydrogen fuel cell for preparing domestic hot water and serves as an auxiliary heat source of the air source heat pump system when the temperature is low in winter. The electric power and waste heat of the hydrogen fuel cell are fully and reasonably utilized, the purposes of building power supply, refrigeration, heating and domestic hot water supply are achieved, the energy utilization rate is increased, the current energy policy requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction are met, and social benefits are remarkable.
