The travel routes of the users appearing in the same position area may be consistent, and according to the scheme, the recommended starting point routes of the users configured with the recommended starting point routes are allocated to other users not configured with the recommended starting point routes in the same position area, so that the users with less historical navigation data can use the personalized navigation function.
