Abstract

The invention discloses a calling method and an intelligent intercom system, and the method comprises the steps that an outdoor unit transmits a calling request to an indoor unit through a first communication protocol, wherein the calling request carries at least one of the serial number of the outdoor unit, the calling number of the outdoor unit and a session identifier; if the indoor unit does not respond to the calling request within the preset time, the outdoor unit sends the calling request to a preset mobile terminal through a second communication protocol; and if the preset mobile terminal does not respond to the calling request within the preset time, the outdoor unit calls the preset mobile terminal according to the pre-stored call number through a third communication protocol. The calling method provided by the invention can improve the probability of successful calling.
