The system comprises an electric meter conveying frame, a dial plate conveying device, an electric meter supporting device and a calibrating device, wherein the calibrating device comprises a base, an auxiliary probe assembly, a pulse detection assembly and a calibrating terminal, and a current and voltage probe is arranged on the base. The auxiliary probe assembly is arranged on the base and can slide back and forth along the base, and the auxiliary probe assembly comprises an auxiliary probe and is used for acquiring metering data of the to-be-verified electric energy meter. The pulse detection assembly comprises a pulse acquisition module which is used for acquiring metering data output by the to-be-verified electric energy meter in a pulse signal form.
