Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an ultrasonic elastography method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: applying vibration excitation to a to-be-detected tissue, and carrying out the ultrasonic detection, thereby obtaining an ultrasonic echo signal; performing beam forming according to the ultrasonic echo signal to generate synthesized ultrasonic imaging data; generating an ultrasonic detection image and an elasticity detection image through the synthesized ultrasonic imaging data, and using the elasticity detection image for representing tissue elasticity detection information and the signal quality of the ultrasonic detection image at the corresponding moment; and displaying the ultrasonic detection image and the elasticity detection image in a superimposition mode according to the position relation between an test area corresponding to the ultrasonic detection image and the test area corresponding to the elasticity detection image. After generating the ultrasonic detection image, the generated elasticity detection image is superimposed on the ultrasonic detection image, and the signal quality of the ultrasonic detection image is represented by using the elasticity detection image, so that an operator can quickly control the quality of a detection result, and the detection efficiency and accuracy are improved.
