Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides packaging equipment and a logistics system. The packaging equipment comprises a rack, a collecting swing plate and a driving assembly, wherein a collecting port is formed in the rack and used for being fixedly connected with a replaceable packaging bag; in the height direction of the rack, the collecting swing plate is arranged below the collecting port, and is hinged to the rack; and the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the rack and drives the collecting swing plate to move between a first position and a second position, the collecting swing plate at the first position is close to the collecting port, and the collecting swing plate at the second position is away from the collecting port. According to the packaging equipment in the embodiment, the falling distance of commodities can be automatically adjusted along with the increase of the commodities in the packaging bag, damage caused by excessively long falling distance in the commodity packaging process can be avoided, and the damage rate of the commodities is reduced.
