Abstract
The invention relates to a molecular marker for enhancement and releasing of pseudosciaena crocea and a screening method of the molecular marker. Themolecular marker is characterized by comprising 3,4-dihydroxymandelic acid, p-hydroxypheny lacetothiohydroximate, 2-propylglutaric acid, cortisol, ergothioneine, (R)-mevalonate, cyclic dehypoxanthine futalosine, mevalonic acid, biotin, 8-amino-7-oxononanoate, N-arachidonyl dopamine, adrenosterone, delta1-piperideine-2-carboxylate, creatine, calicheamicin, T0 L-2-aminoadipate 6-semialdehyde and the like. The screening method comprises the following steps: taking pseudosciaena crocea muscle samples which are temporarily cultured different times, qualitatively and quantitatively determining small molecule metabolites of pseudosciaena croceamuscle tissues by adopting LC-MS / MS, determining the time when pseudosciaena crocea fries adapt to a releasing water area through volcano plots and principal component analysis, and screening through partial least square discriminant analysis and Wien diagram. The method has the advantages that the temporary rearing cost of the pseudosciaena crocea is reduced, and the enhancement and release survival rate is improved.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of molecular biology and metabolomics, and in particular relates to a molecular marker for proliferation and release of large yellow croaker and a screening method based on liquid phase-tandem mass spectrometry technology. Background technique [0002] large yellow croaker ( Larimichthys crocea ), commonly known as yellow croaker, mainly lives in the coastal waters from the central and southern Yellow Sea to the Qiongzhou Strait in my country, and is one of the four major marine fishery species in China. However, due to overfishing and the deterioration of the habitat environment, the wild resources of large yellow croaker in my country have declined sharply or even been exhausted. In view of the current decline of large yellow croaker resources, the implementation of multiplication and release is the most direct and fundamental resource restoration measure. Since 1998, the breeding and release of large yellow croa...
