Abstract

The invention relates to a molecular marker for enhancement and releasing of pseudosciaena crocea and a screening method of the molecular marker. Themolecular marker is characterized by comprising 3,4-dihydroxymandelic acid, p-hydroxypheny lacetothiohydroximate, 2-propylglutaric acid, cortisol, ergothioneine, (R)-mevalonate, cyclic dehypoxanthine futalosine, mevalonic acid, biotin, 8-amino-7-oxononanoate, N-arachidonyl dopamine, adrenosterone, delta1-piperideine-2-carboxylate, creatine, calicheamicin, T0 L-2-aminoadipate 6-semialdehyde and the like.The screening method comprises the following steps: taking pseudosciaena crocea muscle samples which are temporarily cultured different times, qualitatively and quantitatively determining small molecule metabolites of pseudosciaena croceamuscle tissues by adopting LC-MS/MS, determining the time when pseudosciaena crocea fries adapt to a releasing water area through volcano plots and principal component analysis, and screening through partial least square discriminant analysis and Wien diagram.
