Problems solved by technology

The effect is mainly obtained through physical methods, not through pharmacological, immunological or metabolic methods, or although these methods are involved, they only play an auxiliary role
The purpose is the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment or mitigation of diseases; the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, mitigation or functional compensation of injuries. Most of the medical devices or their key components are exposed to the air for a long time. If the surface is not coated with a layer of Paint, its surface is likely to be corroded due to long-term erosion by humid air, which not only affects the continued use of medical devices, but also shortens its service life
[0003] The antibacterial effect of the existing biofilm barrier medical device polymer coating is average, and the coating will crack and fall off after a period of use, and a large amount of additives need to be added in the preparation process, which makes the coating preparation cost too high

Abstract

The invention discloses a barrier biological membrane medical instrument polymer coating and a preparation method thereof. The polymer coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 150 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10 to 15 parts of synergistic filler, 10 to 15 parts of talcum powder, 10 to 15 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether, 1 to 5 parts of dispersing agent, 10 to 20 parts of plasticizer and 50 to 80 parts of water. The synergistic filler can act with a head group of acidic phospholipid in a bacterial cell membrane to reduce the infiltration capacity of the cell membrane and cause bacterial cell death, and hydroxyl groups on molecules form intramolecular hydrogen bonds, so that a stable conjugated structure is formed; after ultraviolet rays are absorbed, the intramolecular hydrogen bonds are broken and hydrogen bond rings are opened to form an ionic compound, the structure is unstable, redundant energy can be released as harmless heat energy so as to reach a stable state, and then the hydrogen bonds are restored to the original shape, so that large-area falling of the coating due to long-time use is avoided, and the preparation cost of the coating is reduced.
