Embodiment 1

[0036] Embodiment 1 conditioner influences on deer dung composting degradation antibiotic effect

[0037] 1. Experimental materials

[0038] Compost materials are straw and deer dung. The deer feces were collected from a sika deer farm in Jilin Province. The uniformity of the sampling area distribution was fully considered, and the five-point sampling method was used to sample and mix thoroughly. Remove impurities such as bricks and stones. Straws were taken from a farmland in Jilin Province, and cut into 1-2cm lengths after air-drying. Biochar was purchased from an Ecological Energy Co., Ltd., and natural zeolite (AR grade) was purchased from an industrial area, and ground into 1-5mm fine particles. The water content, total organic carbon (TOC), total nitrogen (TN) and carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (C / N) of each raw material for composting are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0081] Example 2 Effect of conditioning agent on microbial community changes in deer manure composting process

[0082] The dominant bacterial species in the composting cooling period were significantly different from those in the composting heating period and high temperature period. The dominant bacterial species in compost heating period and high temperature period were mainly bacteria Psychrobacter, Tuicibacter, Glutamicibacter and fungi Botryotrichum, Aspergillus, Mucor. During the cooling period, the dominant bacterial species became bacteria Luteimonas, Pseudomonas, Chryseolinea and fungi Mycothermus and Thermomyces. Biochar and zeolite as conditioners alter bacterial community structure. At the same time, the relative abundance of certain microorganisms, such as the fungus Mucor, was affected during the high temperature period. At the same time, the change of microbial community structure was affected by environmental factors. Conditioning agents reduced the relativ...

Embodiment 3

[0083] Example 3 Effect of conditioner on phytotoxicity and maturity of tetracycline antibiotics residual deer manure compost

[0084] Poor use of compost can be harmful to soil and plants and create environmental risks, so compost maturity and quality must be assessed before application. Germination Index (GI) is one of the most commonly used and sensitive biological indicators for judging the phytotoxicity of compost products and compost maturity. Therefore, by measuring the change of GI during composting, the maturity of compost can be comprehensively evaluated in combination with physical and chemical properties. Pot experiments to verify the transfer of tetracycline antibiotics from manure to soil and plants after composting. Evaluation of deer manure composting products after degradation of tetracycline antibiotics.

Abstract

The invention discloses a conditioner, and application thereof in reduction of antibiotics in feces of livestock and poultry. The conditioner comprises biochar and zeolite, and the mass ratio of the biochar to the zeolite is (1-2): (1-2). According to the invention, biochar and zeolite are used as the conditioner, and through the basic physicochemical properties of a compost body and the change rules of tetracycline (TC), aureomycin (CTC) and oxytetracycline (OTC) as tetracycline antibiotics in the compost body in the deer manure-straw composting process, related mechanisms are analyzed from the change of a microbial community structure, the results show that the addition of the composting conditioner has influences on the basic physicochemical indexes of the compost, the degradation of the tetracycline antibiotics and the microbial community structure, can obviously improve the degradation of the tetracycline antibiotics in the composting process, can influence the form of nitrogen at the end of composting, and reduces the nitrogen loss.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of environmental pollution restoration, in particular to a conditioning agent and its application in reducing antibiotics in poultry manure. Background technique [0002] At present, a large number of tetracycline antibiotics are used in animal husbandry every year in the world. However, many antibiotics are not fully absorbed and metabolized in animals, resulting in up to 90% of the dose being excreted highly active. Animal manure produced by animal husbandry has not been fully pretreated, and is often applied directly to farmland as raw manure. Its biodegradation is insufficient, resulting in increased concentrations of antibiotic residues in the soil, containing phytotoxic components, and causing environmental damage. These residues are released into agricultural soils after the application of livestock manure and are further transported to surface and groundwater. It can affect the structure and function of natu...
