The invention discloses an antibiotic finishing process for knitted fabrics. The process comprises the following steps: (a), performing primary antibiotic treatment, namely dehydrating the knitted fabrics, soaking the knitted fabrics in a nano antibiotic solution, raising the temperature to be 40-50 DEG C, soaking for 1-2 hours, raising the temperature to be 60-80 DEG C, and soaking for 2-3 hours; (b) performing secondary antibiotic treatment, namely
coating the surfaces of the knitted fabrics with an antibiotic finishing solution,
drying and molding the fabrics at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C, wherein the
drying time is 2-4 minutes, and baking and cross-linking at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C for 5-8 minutes; (c) performing reducing and cleaning treatment, namely cleaning the knitted fabrics in a cleaning solution; and (d) performing after-treatment, namely sequentially dehydrating, performing loose
drying, tentering, molding and checking. According to the mode, the antibiotic finishing process for the knitted fabrics provided by the invention has the advantages that the antibiotic performance of the fabrics can be improved, an
antibiotic effect is good, and the service life is long.
