298 results about "Tetracycline antibiotics" patented technology

Tetracyclines are a group of broad-spectrum antibiotic compounds that have a common basic structure and are either isolated directly from several species of Streptomyces bacteria or produced semi-synthetically from those isolated compounds. Tetracycline molecules comprise a linear fused tetracyclic nucleus (rings designated A, B, C and D) to which a variety of functional groups are attached. Tetracyclines are named for their four ("tetra-") hydrocarbon rings ("-cycl-") derivation ("-ine"). They are defined as a subclass of polyketides, having an octahydrotetracene-2-carboxamide skeleton and are known as derivatives of polycyclic naphthacene carboxamide. While all tetracyclines have a common structure, they differ from each other by the presence of chloride, methyl, and hydroxyl groups. These modifications do not change their broad antibacterial activity, but do affect pharmacological properties such as half-life and binding to proteins in serum.

Preparation of mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe and detection of tetracycline antibiotics by mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe

The invention discloses preparation of a mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe and detection of tetracycline antibiotics by the mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe, relates to a method for detecting tetracycline antibiotic residues, and aims to solve the problems of tedious sample preprocessing process, long analysis time and high cost of an existing method for detecting tetracycline antibiotic residues as well as the problems of poor target molecule selectivity, relatively small specific surface area and low adsorption amount of an existing molecular imprinting polymer-quantum dot composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a molecular imprinting polymer; 2, preparing a Mn doped ZnS quantum dot; and 3, preparing the mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe. A use method comprises the following steps: adding the mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe into a sample solution containing the tetracycline antibiotics, performing ultrasonic treatment for uniform dispersion, and performing fluorescent detection. The mesoporous molecular imprinting fluorescent probe prepared with the method is high in selectivity and high in sensitivity.

Milk and milk product tetracycline antibiotic residual quantity checking method

The invention relates to a method for detecting the residue amount of terracycline antibiotics in milk and dairy products. The method utilizes an ultra performance liquid chromatography - electrospray tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometer to determine the residue amount of the terracycline antibiotics. The method is as follows: a sample is extracted from Na2EDTA-McIlvaine buffer solution (pH4.0); proteins are removed by trichloroacetic acids; a columella is extracted through an HLB solid phase and then purified and enriched; the sample is separated by a chromatographic column, with the column temperature of 30 DEG C; gradient elution is performed by utilization of water solution (v/v) which contains 0.1 percent of methanoic acids and acetonitrile as a moving phase; and quantitative detection is performed by adoption of the multi-reaction monitoring means. The detection limit of instruments is between 1.0 and 2.0 mu g/kg; a related coefficient r reaches over 0.999 within the linear range of between 1 and 100 mu g/kg; and the recovery rate is between 81.7 and 100.7 percent (the addition levels are 10 mu g/kg, 50 mu g/kg and 100 mu g/kg). The method has the advantages of quickness, accuracy, high sensitivity and wide application scope.

Method for performing pig manure resource treatment by utilizing hermetia illucens

The invention discloses a method for performing pig manure resource treatment by utilizing hermetia illucens, belonging to the field of solid waste treatment. The method comprises the following technological steps: (1) mixing pig manure with oilseed meals so as to adjust the water content of pig manure; (2) performing primary fermentation to the mixture by adopting bacillus subtilis, and further fermenting with brewer yeast; (3) feeding black soldier fly Hermetia illucens for raising according to a certain proportion; and (4) after the raising period is finished, collecting the black soldier fly Hermetia illucens and ooze. The method is simple to operate, and fast for pig manure resource treatment process. After conducting the above technological treatment, pig manure and oil seed meals are converted into black soldier fly Hermetia illucens and excreta ooze thereof, the residual tetracycline antibiotics (oxytetracycline, chlorotetracycline and tetracycline) in the pig manure cannot be detected in the black soldier fly Hermetia illucens and ooze. The method not only can solve the problems of pig manure environment pollution, the antibiotics residues, human health damage and the like, but also can provide black soldier fly Hermetia illucens and ooze with rich nutrients for feed and fertilizer industries.

Gold/platinum bimetal nanocluster fluorescence probe based on polyethyleneimine protection, and application of fluorescence probe in aureomycin detection

The invention discloses a gold/platinum bimetal nanocluster fluorescence probe based on polyethyleneimine protection, and an application of the fluorescence probe in aureomycin detection, and belongs to the technical field of fluorescence probes. A bimetal gold/platinum nanocluster has a great Stokes shift (about 150nm), can stably exist in a solution with extreme pH (potential of hydrogen) and high ion concentration, and releases stable fluorescence under long-time ultraviolet irradiation, so that a wide application of the nanocluster in the fields of medicines and biology is facilitated. In addition, the probe is used for detecting tetracycline antibiotics based on a mechanism of fluorescence quenching, and aureomycin can be distinguished from tetracycline by adding Al<3+> based on a mechanism of fluorescence enhancement, so that the purpose of specific aureomycin detection is achieved. The probe is used for detecting the aureomycin; a linear range is 0.5-30 micrometers; and a detection limit is 0.5 micrometers. In addition, real object detection is successfully performed on the aureomycin in milk by the fluorescence probe, and a good effect is obtained, so that the fluorescence probe can be used for detecting aureomycin residues in food.

The invention relates to an environmental analysis detection method, and specifically, relates to a high performance liquid chromatography determination method of tetracycline antibiotic in soil. The high performance liquid chromatography determination method of tetracycline antibiotic in soil comprises the following steps of 1, a sample collecting and preparation process comprising collecting soil in a plough layer having thickness of 0 to 20 centimeters, wherein soil in a composting place and field edges is not adopted, uniformly mixing multiple single-point samples, carrying out quarteringreduction to obtain a mixed soil sample having weight of about 1kg, putting the mixed soil sample into a sealing bag, bringing the sealing bag with the mixed soil sample back with low-temperature preservation in the dark, putting the mixed soil sample into a room, drying in air, crushing, screening by a nylon sieve of 60 meshes, and weighing 2g of the mixed soil sample for next use, 2, an extractpreparation process, 3, an extraction, purification and enrichment process, and 4, an elution, volume metering and detection process. The high performance liquid chromatography determination method of tetracycline antibiotic in soil has normalized processes, reduces a vacuum drying process, produces low jamming, shortens operation time and improves operation accuracy. Through connection between astrong anion solid phase extraction column and a C18 inverted solid phase extraction column in series, purification and enrichment effects are greatly improved.
