Benefits of technology

The technology described in this patented describes an improved way for dying yarn that makes sure it works well on dyed materials without losing its original colors or shading them out over time. This results in more consistency between colored garments and reduced defects during use.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving tie-fuzzy stitchings (tie fuzzles) technology onto yarn article surfaces like garments made overalls and uranium ray tuberosum blinds. Current tie-stain processes involve tedious steps involving multiple layers of material, leading to wasted effort and increased costs associated therewith. Additionally, existing tie-wash systems require extensive training and skill set, making them difficult to master. There needs to be developed a better tie-discriminating system suitable for incorporation into a wider range of commercial items without compromising their original design appeal.

Embodiment 1

[0045] The sample of embodiment 1 brocade cotton edge lace fabric imitates color

[0046] The present embodiment is the sample color dithering before the large-scale production of brocade cotton edge lace fabric dyeing, and the dyestuff that adopts is reactive dyestuff. First, make a small sample according to the conventional dip-dyeing method, and then prepare the mass ratio concentration of the dye and auxiliaries according to the concentration ratio of the dip-dyeing formula, and make a transfer tie-dye sample to adjust the color depth.

[0047] In this embodiment, a grass-green color sample is used as an example, but it is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0048] (1) Prepare the exhaust dyeing formula according to the standard color reference sample required by the customer. The formula and process conditions of dip-dyeing are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0060] Embodiment 2 The transfer tie-dyeing of brocade cotton edge lace fabric

[0061] The present embodiment provides the transfer tie-dyeing method of brocade cotton border lace fabric, and it comprises the following steps:

[0062] Pretreatment (bleaching→drying→cloth inspection→rolling)→gray fabric to be dyed→transfer medium preparation→transfer tie-dyeing→post-processing (stacking→drying→washing→soaping→dehydration→spreading→finished product setting).

[0063] (1) Gray cloth preparation: prepare the gray cloth to be dyed, which is a pretreated nylon cotton edge gray cloth, and its raw material composition includes 30% nylon and 70% cotton. Pretreatment includes bleaching, drying, cloth inspection and rolling.

[0064] (2) Transfer medium preparation: choose polyester air layer cloth (length 80cm, width 20cm, thickness 3mm) as the transfer medium, and bundle the polyester air layer cloth into a preset pattern to obtain a well-knotted transfer medium .

Abstract

The invention relates to a transfer tie-dyeing method and a nylon-cotton lace fabric prepared by the same. The transfer tie-dyeing method comprises the following steps that a to-be-dyed gray fabric is prepared, wherein the to-be-dyed gray fabric is a nylon-cotton lace gray fabric; a transfer medium is bundled based on a preset pattern, so that a bundled transfer medium is obtained; the bundled transfer medium is stained with a proper amount of dye liquor, tie-dyeing is conducted on the to-be-dyed gray fabric, the dye liquor is transferred to the to-be-dyed gray fabric, and meanwhile a blank part is vacated; and after the dye liquor is transferred, the transfer medium is continuously stained with a proper amount of dye liquor, tie-dyeing is continuously carried out on the to-be-dyed gray fabric, and the steps are repeated to obtain a dyed gray fabric. According to the invention, a traditional tie-dyeing method and the transfer dyeing method are combined, only the transfer medium is bundled based on the preset pattern, and dye of the transfer medium can be transferred to the gray fabric through transfer dyeing; and the special pattern can be obtained through blank leaving treatment and matching with a dyeing area, so that the expression form and the technological means of the tie-dyeing pattern are enriched.
