Provided are a redirection method, network side equipment and a terminal, a network side method comprising: sending a first message to the terminal, the first message comprising redirection indication information, the redirection indication information being used for indicating the terminal to be redirected from a first network slice to N second network slices, N being an integer greater than or equal to 1. In the invention, in a network slice technology, the redirection indication information of the network slices is indicated to the terminal through the network side equipment, and the terminal can be redirected to a proper network slice according to the redirection indication information.
