The invention discloses a self-adaptive information processing method and system based on behavior characteristics of old users, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting the information of a place where the aged independently goes out, the information of actions, and the information of various physiological indexes representing the health of the aged through a portable information collection device worn on the aged; identifying and classifying the data information, and extracting feature data from different types of data information; processing the different types of feature data by using a neural network and comprehensively analyzing the result; and finally, responding to different conditions encountered by the aged when the aged go out according to the comprehensive analysis result. The aged going out alone can be cared, an alarm is given and a medical aid telephone is dialed when the aged encounters an emergency situation, related data is recorded in real time before medical staff arrives, in addition, daily activity habits of the aged can be analyzed, and hidden health problems of the aged can be found.
